While the sliders made their way up and down, one of the girls and I waddled with our floats over to the wave pool. My goodness, the wave pool is so much fun.

Blowing Through the Enchanting Blowing Rock
I became more curious as I passed through a brief part of Blowing Rock, so I decided to detour through downtown on my way home. The first grand building I saw was First Baptist Church. I immediately thought of beautiful Viking architecture with some German influence.
